Service Description

Yoga Nidra is a form of mindfulness meditation that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace. Yoga Nidra translates as Yogic sleep, however the aim is not to fall asleep but to bring the mind to that in-between state of sleep and awake known as the Delta brainwave frequency. At this level of mind the body is able to fully release and healing is promoted on all levels. The benefits of Nidra include a reduction of mental and physical stress and tension, better sleep, improved immune system and greater self-awareness. The practice is traditionally done laying comfortably on the ground but can also be done seated. Thing to bring - Yoga mat and/or blankets Cushions Water Terms of booking - This course runs on a Wednesday evening for four consecutive weeks on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th July at Turner Hall, North Leigh at 6.15pm to 7pm. Please be aware that each class will begin promptly and late arrivals will not be able to participate. You may cancel your booking seven days prior to the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations with less than seven days notice are none refundable as are any missed session during the course.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time however, to obtain a refund you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for individual classes and seven days notice for courses or workshops. This is to ensure enough time is given to offer the place to another student.
