Service Description

Enjoy an afternoon of energy healing and deep relaxation through meditation, gentle Chakra yoga, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), and crystal bowl sound bath. The class begins with a short guided group meditation followed by a gentle Chakra balancing yoga class of around 40 minutes. This class will focus on light stretches and postures that help to clear and rebalance the Chakras and energetic system. After a short break we will then relax with yoga nidra and sound bath. Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing technique that aims to takes you to a state of being in-between sleep and awake through an inward journey, guided by your teacher. In this level of consciousness your body has the opportunity to restore and rebalance through deep relaxation. You will then be bathed in the sound vibrations of Quartz Crystal singing bowls. There is also the option to incorporate healing crystals into your relaxation time. Important notice: This event is suitable for all abilities and experience including complete beginners, however, please be aware that the class involves some physical activities and there will also be some time spent sitting and laying on the floor for meditation and relaxation. All participants must be able to get themselves up and down from the floor unaided.
