Service Description

Chakras are energy centres that sit along the length of the spine and are responsible for processing and distributing energy to the physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Through factors such as stress and lifestyle, these energy centres can become blocked which can lead to physical and emotional imbalance. It is very helpful to our overall health and vitality to regularly clear and rebalance our energetic system. During this class we will work on grounding our energy with guided visualisation. We will use movement, breath and intention to open the channels through the spine and clear energy blocks, followed by gentle Hatha Yoga postures to help open the Chakras and restore the flow of energy. We will then enjoy an extended relaxation with sound healing using Quartz Crystal bowls to help rebalance and restore energy. This is a relaxing mixed ability class suitable for beginners and involves gentle physical activity. You must be physically able to get yourself up and down from the floor unaided.
