Classes and Wellness
Classes must be pre-booked and paid for in full online.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time however, to obtain a refund you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for individual classes and 72 hours notice for Wellness sessions or workshops. You must cancel your place online. If you experience any technical difficulties please contact me before the minimum notice period.
When booking a course or workshop you must attend all dates. Unfortunately I can not offer partial refunds for any missed sessions.
I respectfully ask that all students arrive to classes no more than 15 minutes (and no later than 5 minutes) before the start time to avoid disruptions. Unfortunately I am not able to allow students access to classes when arriving late due to the space being in a shared secured building.
Treatments
All bookings for treatments are made online with either full payment in advance or a booking deposit and balance in person. If you are unable to book your appointment online please contact me.
Cancellations and Refunds
Individual appointments -
You must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment in order to obtain a refund. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or any 'no shows', will not be refunded or carried forward.
In cases of late arrivals for appointments, you will be offered the remaining time of the session if you are arriving no more than 15 minutes late, any later will be classed as 'no show' and you may not be seen.
If you have paid in full for a treatment prior to your appointment and less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, you will be refunded for the treatment minus a late cancellation fee of £10
Treatment packages -
Your package is valid for three months from the day of purchase.
All three sessions must be attended within this time frame .
Any sessions not used within the three month period will become void and no refunds will be offered.
(In exceptional circumstance such as long term illness, your package may be extended by up to three months, however this will be assessed and decided on an individual basis at the discretion of your therapist).
In cases where your therapist has had to cancel a session, your remaining term will be frozen until the next session is attended.
You may cancel your package at any time. If cancelling after one or more sessions have been used then you will be charged the full single session price for each session used and refunded the remainder.
Our right to refuse service
All clients are asked to be respectful to their therapist/teacher and the space. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and in such cases a service may be refused and a client/student may be asked to leave before or part way through their session.
