Here at The Spiritual Sanctuary I aim to bring to people of all backgrounds and abilities, a Yoga practice that will help them to live more balanced and harmonious lives. My extensive background as a holistic therapist and spiritual healer means I have a very holistic approach to Yoga and the antient tradition of 'living' Yoga that I hold dear. Yoga is much more than just the practice of posture and breath. It is a way of life. As Yogis we learn to live with more love and compassion for ourselves and others.

This is what I am passionate about teaching other.
